Representative images from the hippocampus (Hpc) and cortex (Ctx) of injected (ipsilateral, ‘IPSI’) and uninjected (contralateral, ‘CONTRA’) hemispheres showing pathology in PS19xAPOE mice. Misfolded tau pathology is assessed using MC1 antibody count (a, b) and Tau C3 antibody reactivity (c, d).
