Video showing a SI performed in a pig eye (ex-vivo) using a modified 40G SI cannula. The user set the injection depth at the RPE by clicking at the M-scan. The formation of subretinal bleb can be appreciated indicating successful injection of the model drug (green dye) without noticeable reflux.
