Zusammenfassung: | Quantitative analyses of the experimental phases were performed with a JEOL JXA 8530F electron microprobe operated at 15 keV accelerating voltage and 15 nA beam current. The samples were analyzed with a probe current of 60 nA and spot sizes of up to 10 µm, depending on the grain size. Prior to quantitative analyses all elements were standardized on natural and synthetic reference materials. A set of secondary standards were analyzed and obtained results generally match published values. |
