Zusammenfassung:This is supplementary material for Ushio et al. (2021) bioRxiv (https://doi.org/10.1101/2021.09.15.460556). States of the Tetrahymena reservoirs with different nutrient concentrations were monitored, which were used to forecast near-future dynamics of flatfish time series (gray line in the top-right panel). A blue point and line in the top-right panel indicate 19-week future forecasting results for training data, while a red point and line in the panel indicate forecasting results for testing data. Three Tetrahymena reservoirs are shown as examples, but two replicate runs of each nutrient concentration were used for forecasting (i.e., six reservoir states were used for forecasting).
