Zusammenfassung:Supplemantal Figure 1. LC-MS/MS determination of DOC, corticosterone and aldosterone over time in three ASD patients after discontinuation of fludrocortisone treatment. Compared to control individuals (open circles), steroid measurements of F2P1 (A; upper panel, black squares), F3P1 (B; middle panel, black circles), and F4P2 (C; lower panel, black triangles) are presented. P values of compared measurements are shown in the upper left corner of each graph. Corticosterone and DOC were higher and aldosterone concentrations were low/normal in patients after their treatment could be discontinued which suggests ongoing insufficiency of aldosterone synthase.
