Zusammenfassung:Copyright information:Taken from "Nucleic acid binding and chaperone properties of HIV-1 Gag and nucleocapsid proteins"Nucleic Acids Research 2006;34(2):593-605.Published online 30 Jan 2006PMCID:PMC1356529.© The Author 2006. Published by Oxford University Press. All rights reserved Data are for: () NCp7, () NCp9, () NCp15 and () Gag. Each data point for the NC proteins is given as the mean ± standard error for seven experiments, and with fewer experiments for Gag. Data are taken in FIM buffer (see Materials and Methods), and room temperature. The solid lines are linear fits to the data in the low concentration limit, as follows: NCp7: δ = (5.02 ± 0.97)·; NCp9: δ = (4.69 ± 0.58)·; NCp15: δ = (3.29 ± 0.22)·; Gag: δ = (7.54 ± 0.93)·. Here, δ is the difference between Δ in the presence of protein and Δ in the absence of protein.
