Zusammenfassung:Data pertaining to the sedimentary provenance of the Pondaung, Shwezetaw and Padaung Formations in the Salin Sub-basin, onshore Myanmar.Heavy mineral assemblage data were acquired using Raman spectroscopy at the University of Göttingen. U-Pb detrital zircon geochronological data were acquired through LA-ICP-MS at UCL and RHUL. A table documenting the published U-Pb data for Myanmar that was used in this study is also included.
