Zusammenfassung:The study aims to analyze the data of Hospitalization for Primary Care Sensitive Conditions in the Brazilian regions in 2014 through quantitative ecological study, using secondary data from the Hospital Information System in cities with over 100,000 inhabitants. There is a register of 1.116.917 admissions with rates per 10.000 inhabitants ranging from 89.81 (Southeast) and 121.99 (South), especially pneumonia, cerebrovascular disease, and heart failure. Despite approximate values between regions, North and South groups presented significant values, representing guiding criteria of differentiated programs and actions for each region.
