Animated simulation of the beam propagation in z-direction for mixed aperture approach

Animated simulation of the beam propagation in z-direction, starting with the individual channels and ending in the combining plane for different scan positions and beam shapes. For this animation in the simulation the phases of the individual channels are changed. The intensity in the z-section between each element is adapted.
