Lane 1 corresponds to [•P]ATP as standard; lanes 2, 4 and 6: no MTR was added for the reactions with cell-free extracts of wild type, BFS1850 and BFS1850 grown with IPTG, respectively; lanes 3, 5 and 7: reaction performed in the presence of MTR and cell-free extracts of wild type, BFS1850 and BFS1850 grown with IPTG, respectively.
