The mutational heatmap indicated the genetic alterations in 239 de novo DLBCL, NOS, 25 relapsed DLBCL after R-CHOP or CHOP-like chemotherapy, and 19 tFL, ranked by their mutational frequencies in all cases. Color code by genetic alteration type: missense mutation or in-frame deletion/insertion (blue), truncating mutation, splice donor/acceptor site mutation, or copy number loss in TP53 (red), SHM (yellow), translocation (orange), and nondetected (gray). COO classification was also indicated above the mutational heatmap. To the right of the mutational heatmap, the frequency of genetic alterations along with the negative log10P value of the significance between de novo cases and relapsed/transformed cases are listed.
