Zusammenfassung: | This repository contains figures showing the physiological response functions (PRFs) estimated for 100 subjects from the Human Connectome Project (HCP). The figures also present the physiological variables heart rate (HR), respiration volume (RV) and photoplethysmograph-amplitude (PPG-Amp) as well as their fit on the fMRI global signal (i.e. mean timeseries averaged across all voxels in gray matter) after been convolved with the associated PRFs. |
