Zusammenfassung: | Additional file 6: Table S4. PCA loadings and enrichment of GO-terms in genes distinguishing sample clusters. Loadings of genes on the first 10 components are given of the PCA analysis of all cultivation conditions, and of those from the 9 h and 12 h time points of the Miscanthus time course. Results are included of GO-enrichment analysis (via gProfiler) of genes with high loadings on the PCA components corresponding to the sample clusters identified in Fig. 2, i.e. Cluster 1 PCA1 0; Cluster 3 PCA1 0; Cluster 3a PCA1 0 PCA3 > 0. GO-enrichment analysis are also included for 9 h and 12 h Miscanthus conditions PCA1 0 (Wheat straw specific). |
