Demonstration on the real-time measurements of THz waveform and spectrum. The software is built by LabVIEW. The upper and lower windows display the THz waveform and spectrum, respectively. The red and yellow curves are measured on the outward and return paths of the speaker vibration, respectively. The waveforms are measured every 10 ms and are not averaged. During the measurements, the 0.5-mm-thick Si plate and the paper stacks with various thicknesses were inserted just after the cylindrical plastic lens as shown in Fig. 1(a).
