Zusammenfassung: | The mooring data were obtained from an international corporation cruise, named as JAMES, in the eastern equatorial Indian Ocean during November and December 2020. Hydrographic data from subsurface mooring are obtained by the measurements of mooring-mounted ADCP, CTD, and RBR. This dataset can be used to analyze the upper ocean thermohaline and dynamical response of the Bay of Bengal to tropical Cyclone Nivar and Burevi, as well as the nonlinear interaction between TC-induced near-inertial waves and internal tides.
