Zusammenfassung:The morphologies and structures of products were characterized by field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM, Sirion 200), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM, FEI Tecnai G2 F20). The research of the SERS performance was conducted using a confocal microprobe Raman spectrometer (Renishaw Invia, 785 nm laser line, 50× objective).
