The numbers associated with the branches represent posterior probabilities from Bayesian Markov chain Monte Carlo searches, maximum likelihood bootstrap values (bold) and equally weighted maximum parsimony bootstrap values. Bootstrap values ≥ 50% are shown. Branch colour represents the Bayesian posterior probability on a colour gradient from red (very high) to blue (low). The asterisks indicate strong support from all these measures, i.e. a Bayesian posterior probability of ≥ 0.95 and bootstrap values of ≥ 90%. a–cAs in table 2 of the paper by Kennedy and Spencer (2014). The two African species of microcormorants are labelled as Aflocarbo. |
