Common Framework Defining the Methodology for Achieving User-Centred Quality Objectives (OPERAS-PLUS Deliverable 6.1)

This document presents a user-centred design framework aligned with OPERAS's openness, diversity, and inclusion values. It empowers users and involves them in decision-making processes for service creation, serving as a valuable resource to enhance user engagement and foster a user-centric approach within the OPERAS community. Part A introduces foundational concepts, principles and processes for user-centred design and research in OPERAS projects. Part B lists methods and tools derived from literature and existing projects, benefiting user researchers and people who do research (PWDR). The framework will continuously refine and update for relevance and effectiveness throughout the project.
