Zusammenfassung: | This repository contains the dataset of the Tetralogy of Fallot biventricular atlas meshes used in the evaluation of CobivecoX. The files are provided for 487 instances as well as for the mean shape of the Tetralogy of Fallot atlas (meanTOF). We further provide 10 patient specific TOF meshes. The dataset is organized by instance of the atlas created. Each instance has its own directory containing the input files required (tetrahedral mesh, triangular surface files) to calculate the CobivecoX as well as the results containing the tetrahedral mesh with CobivecoX in a non-rotated version. Meshes have an average edge length of 1 mm. A few meshes were remeshed to an edge length below 0.9 mm to improve calculation of CobivecoX.
