From these, 4 were inoculated with a plant pathogen, Phytophthora cactorum. The MRI data was collected once a week for a total of three weeks and contains FSEMS-IR (T1 map), MEMS (T2 map), MGE (T2* map and QSM) for each plant and time point. The data includes MR data and relaxation time data as well as quantitative susceptibility maps for developing strawberry plants.   Folder structure The raw data includes all data ('fid' for MRI), metadata (procpar for acquisition and reconstruction MRI parameters). Furthermore, calculated relaxation time maps (in MATLAB MAT-file format) and region-of-interest areas (MAT-files designated as ".roi" files, readable with aedes from aedes.uef.fi) are included.   The data set contains the following folders: sb_href (raw data, no P. cactorum inoculation, i.e. healthy reference measurements for each plantlet) sb_test (raw data, plantlets inoculated with P. cactorum) qmaps (calculated quantitative maps; T1, T2, T2* and QSM).   Each file and/or folder are designated by: quantitative map/measurement (fsems,mems,mge3d or t1,t2,t2star, qsm) plantlet (s01-s04 or stol01-stol04), healthy/inoculated (href/htest  or hydroref/hydrotest) timepoint (d01-d03 or day01-day03)
