Zusammenfassung:Especially in times when the social struggle for truth is fought harder than probably ever before, it is all the more important to take a critical academic look at the media process of perceiving political statements, their credibility as well as their influence on the formation of the political individual's opinion. David La Barbera et al. investigated this in their award-winning paper "Crowdsourcing Truthfulness: The Impact of Judgment Scale and Assessor Bias" in April 2020 and came up with interesting findings that we now want to reproduce in this paper. In doing so, we also want to pursue our own ideas and approaches, as well as outline the difficulties and hurdles we have encountered.
