(SAMPLE) OA eBook Usage Data Dashboarding Service Model

This model was developed as a part of the "Developing a Data Trust for Open Access Ebook Usage" project funded by The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. Designed by Christina Drummond, the content resulted from a collaborative opt-in working group known as the "Dashboard Task Team", made up of project Advisory Board members representing different OA eBook stakeholders with interests in OA eBook usage data dashboards. This model reflects consensus reached through a collaborative process facilitated by Katherine Skinner and Christina Drummond. A potential mission, vision, and minimum viable product for a usage dashboard services is described based on the findings of the project's usage data dashboard pilot and use-case research.
