A Nikon Metrology XTek XT H 225 at the University of Manchester was used. The scan used a 0.5mm Copper filter, 145 kV, uA 85, capturing 6000 projections on a 3192 x 2296 detector. The projection data was reconstructed using Nikon Metrology NV’s XT 5.1.4.3 software. Dataset is consists of a .vol and .vgi (metadata) file. The .vol contains the raw data for the individual slices.
