The file named "Matsubara_data.zip" (~18 GB) is a zipped version of a folder "Dataset" (~27 GB), which contains images, movies, and other data analyzed in the study. When unzipped, the folder contains subfolders categorized based on experiment types. A 'read me' text file is associated with each small dataset. 2. The file named "Matsubara_published.zip" (~5 MB) contains the Open Access pdf of the paper, the Supplementary Information file, and the Source Data file.
