R code and data for the paper Cretois et al. 'Identifying and correcting spatial bias in citizen science data for wild ungulates in Norway' For the full description of the scripts and functions please refer to: https://github.com/BenCretois/Cretois_EE_2021 This folder contains: A folder real_analysis - which contains all data and scripts to run the analysis: - covariates_moose_roe: contains all the covariates used for analysing moose and roe deer data - covariates_reindeer: contains all the covariates used for analysing wild reindeer data A folder dataset - containing all the dataset used in the analysis including all the citizen science observation data and all telemetry data, shared with the agreements of the co-authors. A folder saved_models: to save the model in a .rds format, this is done during the analysis, after running the INLA models. A folder scripts - contains all the scripts used for the analysis (including plotting). Please refer to https://github.com/BenCretois/CS_in_habitat_studies for the description of each scripts.
