Zusammenfassung:This dataset contains raw and processed AFM data of measuring the contractility activity of 3D clusters of cardiomyocytes (Embryoid bodies) after administrating bronchodilator Aminophylline in increasing concentration. Dataset is coupled with journal article:''Aminophylline induces two types of arrhythmic events in human pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes'' published in Frontiers in Pharmacology (https://doi.org/10.3389/fphar.2021.789730). Some data from the original dataset was also used in the article "Integrated analysis of Cardiomyocyte Mechanical and Electrical Function: Open Source Scripts for AFM and MEA Data Characterization". Additional data used in this article (Electromechanical coupling data, artificial data) was added in version 2.0 (see changelog). Changelog: 2.0 -Addition of results of HL-1 cells measurement including a multielectrode array (MEA) and Calcium sparklings measurements.-Removing of Barium measurements data 3.0 -Addition of data used used in the article "Integrated analysis of Cardiomyocyte Mechanical and Electrical Function: Open Source Scripts for AFM and MEA Data Characterization".
