The clade formed by Amphisbaena mitchelli and Amphisbaena miringoera is highlighted in a gray background. Accession numbers are provided next to the species names for 16S rRNA and C-MOS, respectively. Asterisks indicate specimens included in the matrix as missing data for C-MOS. Amphisbaenids with two pre-cloacal pores are in bold. Posterior probabilities and bootstrap values are provided next to the nodes.
