Bootstrap values are presented above branches and decay indices are presented below branches in bold. Outgroups (Laudakia, and Trapelus), and well-supported Phrynocephalus clades and lineages discovered in the mitochondrial DNA analysis are identified to the right as D–M where sampling overlaps (clades that are broken are numbered as in Fig. 5).
