Boundary between the Illummeden and Tauodeni basins in northern Mali is outlined in light gray. Mali−8 marks localities yielding fossils of Myliobatidae. Dark Gray marks exposed basement rocks in the Adrar des Iforas Mountains; white marks Proterozoic structure that connected the two light gray basin periodically during the Cretaceous– Paleogene.
