Zusammenfassung:This submission provides xlsx and csv files with data from a comprehensive study aimed at investigating the effects of sublethal concentrations of the insecticide teflubenzuron on the lipid metabolism of Collembola Folsomia candida over different exposure periods. The dataset files are provided in CSV format with Comma Separated Values: Sample_ID_biomass_FolsomiaCandida_RawData.csv lipids_positive_mode_raw_data.xlsx lipids_negative_mode_raw_data.xlsx lipidomics_normalized_data_for_analysis.csv lipids_and_exposure_groups_ID.xlsx Description of the files: The csv file Sample_ID_biomass_FolsomiaCandida_RawData.csv contains the data frame in vertical format with the data for the biomass of Folsomia candida, as well as sample IDs. The xlsx file lipids_positive_mode_raw_data.xlsx contains the annotated lipid features detected in positive mode. The file includes the dataset directly from MS Dial, followed by a sheet with the dataset normalized by sample weight. The last sheet contains the data formatted for further analysis in NORAVA. Lipid IDs were imputed according to Alignment ID. The xlsx file lipids_negative_mode_raw_data.xlsx contains the annotated lipid features detected in negative mode. The file includes the dataset directly from MS Dial, followed by a sheet with the dataset normalized by sample weight. The third sheet contains the data formatted for further analysis in NORAVA. New Lipid IDs for NORAVA were modified and imputed according to Alignment ID and listed on the last sheet. The csv file lipidomics_normalized_data_for_analysis.csv contains the dataset normalized and filtered by QC responses, and further normalized by Eigen MS and log-transformed through NORAVA software. The dataset contains lipids detected from both positive and negative modes and was used for statistical analysis. The xlsx file lipids_and_exposure_groups_ID.xlsx contains two sheets. The first sheet has the IDs for lipid features' names and their IDs used during data analysis. The second sheet contains the exposure group IDs used for NORAVA and information on exposure concentration and exposure time. Variables in the files: File 1: sample: unique sample ID days: day of sampling dose: dose of teflubenzuron (insecticide) in soil (mg a.s./kg soil) solvent: solvent used in the soil (acetone or water) total.biomass (mg): total biomass in mg of the pool of Folsomia candida animals in each sample Files 2 and 3: sample: unique sample ID alignment ID: ID of the lipid feature assigned by M
