Zusammenfassung: | This set contains the original Excel spreadsheets of the diagrams and statistics described in the article "Best BiCubic Method to Compute the Planimetric Misregistration between Images with Sub-pixel Accuracy: Application to Digital Elevation Models" (preprint available at https://www.preprints.org/manuscript/202402.0987/v1).
Two types of files can be found, with the following prefixes:
disparity_analysis_errors - These files feature the error matrices and surfaces resulting from the validation study described in section 3 of the article. Four files can be found with this prefix, each one corresponding to a different study area (Italy, Cyprus, Croatia, France). Each sheet of these files correspond to a specific bicubic parameter, for which the value b is recalled by the sheet name and the 3D surface title.
disparity_analysis_statistics - This file summarizes the most important results of the article. In appearing order, one can find the results of the Best BiCubic (BBC) study (section 4), the relation between Best BiCubic and roughness (section 5) and the influence of the correlation window size on the accuracy of the displacement retrieval (discussions section) in this file. |
