Data Availability Statement
The Aqua/AIRS L2 cloud-cleared infrared radiances dataset can be accessed from the NASA Goddard Earth Sciences (GES) Data and Information Services Center (DISC) website at https://disc.gsfc.nasa.gov/datasets/AIRS2CCF_7.0/summary?keywords=AIRS2CCF.7.0. For the MODIS aerosol optical depth (AOD) data, it is available on the NASA Level-1 and Atmosphere Archive and Distribution System (LAADS) website at https://ladsweb.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/archive/allData/61/MOD04_L2. The yearly data for MODIS land cover type can be downloaded from the MODIS Land Products site at https://ladsweb.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/missions-and-measurements/products/MCD12C1/. To obtain ERA-5 hourly surface temperature data, it can be obtained from the Copernicus Climate Data Store (CDS) at https://cds.climate.copernicus.eu/cdsapp#!/dataset/reanalysis-ERA-5-land?tab=overview. Similarly, ERA-5 hourly data of pressure levels can be accessed on the CDS website at https://cds.climate.copernicus.eu/cdsapp#!/dataset/reanalysis-ERA-5-pressure-levels?tab=overview. For AERONET Lunar AOD, it is available on the AERONET website at https://aeronet.gsfc.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/webtool_aod_v3_lunar. The topography data from ETOPO2022 can be downloaded from the National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI) website at https://www.ncei.noaa.gov/products/etopo-global-relief-model. Lastly, the CALIPSO Lidar Level 3 Tropospheric Aerosol Profiles can be obtained from the Atmospheric Science Data Center (ASDC) at the NASA Langley Research Center (LaRC) website at https://asdc.larc.nasa.gov/project/CALIPSO. The MODTRAN code is available on http://modtran.spectral.com/. The HITRAN can be accessed from https://hitran.org/. |
