Zusammenfassung:This report presents the results of the chemical analysis of the aceton extract obtained from the fruits of the Jujube plant, also known as Ziziphus jujuba Mill., using Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS). GC-MS is a powerful analytical method that enables the separation and identification of chemical components. The purpose of this analysis was to identify and quantify compounds in the water extract of Jujube fruits.
