There are two tar.zg files, original_multi-cells_SoRa.tar.gz and single-cells_segmented.tar.gz. "original_multi-cells_Sora.tar.gz" is the original image data, which have multiple cells in each image. On the other hand, "single-cells_segmented.tar.gz" is single-cell image data, obtained from "original_multi-cells_Sora.tar.gz" by segmentation processing. |
