Barley Genotypes for Vernalization genes

Identification of presence of the VERNALIZATION1 (VRN1) novel alleles in varieties and landraces of Wheat seed from the Australian Winter Cereal Collection (AWCC). The data was collected 2005-06. This will allow different flowering behaviours to be identified amongst different Barley varieties and landraces held at the AWCC. For some lines, the data is preliminary as the seeds are not homogenous.
