Zusammenfassung:Publication details: 'Imagine Meeting You Here' (Spence) Research Background: A one-hour suite in five movements for improvising orchestra, written as part of Creative Practice PhD creative portfolio. Research Contribution: This suite was written as part of an on-going investigation regarding contemporary experimental music practice and the continuum between improvisation and composition. The aims of the research are in part to document how and in what ways works can be transformed by the performers interacting and making decisions regarding the music in real time in a highly contingent environment.
