Zusammenfassung:This dataset was generated in an in vivo OECD TG 413 90-days nose-only inhalation study where Sprague Dawley rats were exposed of either aerosols of the mentholated version of the tobacco heating system 2.2 (THS2.2M) or smoke of 2 two mentholated reference cigarettes (MRC(LM) and MRC(HM)) in comparison with 3R4F cigarette smoke. The histopathological evaluation of respiratory and non respiratory organs was assessed according to OECD TG 413 subchronic inhalation toxicity. This dataset includes single measurements for each animal.
