Zusammenfassung:This dataset was generated in an in vivo study during which the potential anti-inflammatory effects of tobacco alkaloids were explored in the full human immune system Hu-Mouse model combined with UC mouse model (dextran sulfate sodium, DSS), by exploring disease-specific endpoints. Inflammation/fibrosis, tissue damage, and mononuclear cell infiltration were qualitatively assessed in proximal, middle, and distal regions of the colons. This dataset includes single measurements.
