RNE iTRAQ set 2 - contrast

This dataset was generated in an in vivo OECD TG 413 90-days nose-only inhalation study where Sprague-Dawley rats were exposed to either 3R4F cigarette smoke or aerosols of the carbon heated tobacco product (CHTP) 1.2, a heat-not-burn platform. Zusammenfassung:This dataset was generated in an in vivo OECD TG 413 90-days nose-only inhalation study where Sprague-Dawley rats were exposed to either 3R4F cigarette smoke or aerosols of the carbon heated tobacco product (CHTP) 1.2, a heat-not-burn platform. The study contains additional test groups that were examined following a systems toxicology approach (please refer to the study page for more detail on the study design). The proteome of the respiratory nasal epithelium (RNE) was characterized using iTRAQ (untargeted analysis). iTRAQ set 2 contains only female rat samples monitoring the exposure and recovery effect: each 8-plex labeling replicate set includes one sample of each 90 + 42-day sample and the corresponding female sample from the 90-day time point. This dataset contains the statistics resulting from the comparison of treatment and control groups.
