Zusammenfassung: | This dataset was generated in an in vivo study during which the potential anti-inflammatory effects of tobacco alkaloids were explored in the full human immune system Hu-Mouse model combined with UC mouse model (dextran sulfate sodium, DSS), by exploring disease-specific endpoints.
The activity of nodes (protein activities, complexes, chemicals) was inferred by comparing the differential mRNA regulation in experimental data to the mRNAs assigned under each node.
This dataset reports inferential statistics for each type of measurement comparing treatment groups vs. their respective controls. |
