Zusammenfassung:This dataset was generated in an in vivo OECD TG 413 90-days nose-only inhalation study where Sprague-Dawley rats were exposed to either 3R4F cigarette smoke or aerosols of the carbon heated tobacco product (CHTP) 1.2, a heat-not-burn platform. The study contains additional test groups that were examined following a systems toxicology approach (please refer to the study page for more detail on the study design). The proteome of the respiratory nasal epithelium (RNE) was characterized using iTRAQ (untargeted analysis). iTRAQ set 1 contains all samples from the 90-day time point: each 8-plex labeling replicate set includes one sample of each 90-day exposed sample and one pooled reference mix containing all replicates from the 90-day time point. The full dataset is available in PRIDE under the accession number PXD008424. This dataset is the normalized intensity values for each identified protein and each sample.
