Zusammenfassung:This dataset was generated in an in vitro systems toxicology study where the impact of exposure to aqueous extract (AE) of tobacco heating system (THS) 2.2 aerosol was investigated on processes implicated in vascular pathomechanisms and compared to that of 3R4F cigarette smoke (CS) AE. The concentration of selected inflammatory mediators released by the organotypic tissues in the culture medium measured using Milliplex panels (Merck Millipore) with Luminex® xMAP® Technology (Luminex, Austin, TX, USA). This dataset includes single measurements for each sample.
