Zusammenfassung:This dataset was generated in an in vivo OECD TG 413 90-days nose-only inhalation study where Sprague-Dawley rats were exposed to either 3R4F cigarette smoke or aerosols of the carbon heated tobacco product (CHTP) 1.2, a heat-not-burn platform. The study contains additional test groups that were examined following a systems toxicology approach (please refer to the study page for more detail on the study design). The liver proteome was characterized using iTRAQ (untargeted analysis). iTRAQ set 2 contains only female rat samples monitoring the exposure and recovery effect: each 8-plex labeling replicate set includes one sample of each 90 + 42-day sample and the corresponding female sample from the 90-day time point. The full dataset is available in PRIDE under the accession number PXD008423. This dataset includes the acquisition files (RAW format).
