Zusammenfassung:	This dataset was generated in an in vivo OECD TG 413 90-days nose-only inhalation study where Sprague Dawley rats were exposed of either aerosols of the mentholated version of the tobacco heating system 2.2 (THS2.2M) or smoke of 2 two mentholated reference cigarettes (MRC(LM) and MRC(HM)) in comparison with 3R4F cigarette smoke. Free lung cells (FLCs) in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid were characterized and quantified by flow cytometry and BALF was characterized using targeted proteomics. This dataset includes single measurements for each animal.
