Zusammenfassung:This dataset was generated in an in vivo OECD TG 413 90-days nose-only inhalation study where Sprague Dawley rats were exposed of either aerosols of the mentholated version of the tobacco heating system 2.2 (THS2.2M) or smoke of 2 two mentholated reference cigarettes (MRC(LM) and MRC(HM)) in comparison with 3R4F cigarette smoke. Respiratory frequency was measured by using head-out plethysmography (EMKA Technologies). This dataset contains the statistics resulting from the comparison of treatment and control groups.
