Zusammenfassung:Anatomical delineations of 118 brain regions and white matter tracts in the Sprague Dawley rat brain, based on observations in a high resolution magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) volume (DOI: [10.25493/DTSG-ZBS](https://doi.org/10.25493/DTSG-ZBS)). Version 3 of the Waxholm Space atlas of the Sprague Dawley rat brain contains 41 new and 10 updated delineations related or adjacent to the ascending the auditory system. 65 delineations have remained unchanged relative to v2.
