Zusammenfassung:This item provides ardunio code supplementary to the MPhil thesis 'Development of an Open-Source Sensing System for the Measurement of Dissolved CO2 Throughout a Microalgal Photobioreactor'. It contains MATLAB code, data obtained from experiments, and subsequent figures produced. The datasets within each subfolder are related to specific experiments and conditions. For instance, the algae folder documents multiple experiments with algae growth under varying conditions, while no algae serves as test experiments. calibration2 is used to standardise the measurements, and linearity ensures the sensor's response is proportional across different concentrations.
