Pollutants and stable isotopes in Northeast Atlantic blue whales and fin whales

The dataset includes sampling date, sampling position, sex, stable isotope values of carbon and nitrogen in skin, mass (g) and lipid content (%) of samples used for pollutant analyses and blubber concentrations of pollutants (ng/g lipid weight) in fin whale and blue whale sampled from Svalbard.
