Zusammenfassung: | The purpose of the study is to collect data to better understand user authentication across multiple personal computing devices that are often used in home settings, particularly for users representing vastly different age groups. You will participate in three data collection sessions to complete a set of tasks. Each data collection session will last approximately 60 minutes; you will be asked to return to the lab approximately every two weeks for each session. During these sessions, we will collect behavioral (for example, touch andkeystroke dynamics as you press keys on a computer or smartphone) and physiological data (forexample, heart rate and skin temperature measured by a smartwatch) using personal computingdevices you may already use daily, such as laptop and desktop computers, a smartphone, and asmartwatch. We will study these data to determine which features of the data are important fordetermining the identity of who is using the device, particularly as a function of age. |
