Zusammenfassung: | There are four different worksheets in this dataset, to supplement the data already provided within the appendix of the published study (Pirroni et al.: Comparative gut-content analysis of invasive mosquitofish from Italy and Spain). The first worksheet provides an overview over individual fish standard length (SL), gut length (mm) and relative gut length, the relative niche width and gut fullness. The second worksheet provides an overview over the total number of prey items found in the guts of fish from the 9 different study populations. The third worksheet shows the presence (1) or absence (0) of prey items (based on taxonomic groups) in the guts of individual fish from each of the 9 populations. The fourth worksheet shows presence (1) or absence (0) of detritus in the guts of the individual fish from each of the 9 populations. |
